Shipping policy

Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our current rates are:

 

• Standard Shipping (Orders under $50): $6.99
  
  

• FREE SHIPPING: All orders of $49.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
  
  

Estimated delivery time for Puerto Rico and the United States is 7-12 business days after processing.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages Core Gravity Gear is responsible for products damaged during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at coregravitygear@gmail.com with a photo of the product and the packaging so we can process a replacement immediately.
